Following the massive success of our Discovery 2 ACE Valve Block upgrades we are pleased to announce we can now offer a version for the Range Rover Sports
Anyone who runs a RRS knows that the ACE valve block pipes are prown to leaking and even after fitting new genuine pipes and seals there is no guarantee that they will last.
The main problem is the seats where the seal collets and pipes enter the valve block corrode with age causing all the new expensive oil to leak out again...
Here at Design & Development Engineering we have engineered a solution which has proven to fix the problem once and for all.
Our blocks have been stripped, inspected, cleaned and then machined to take our own completly custom hydraulic hoses and fittings.
After machining we rebuild the whole assembly with new seals, orings' a new micro filter, All the Solenoids and fit the new hoses.
To install all you need to do is remove your old unit. Cut and clean up the steel pipes in the correct place and replace with one of our modified valve blocks.
The fittings are a compression olive and require no special tools to fit. As long as the outside of the pipes are clean then the olives will seal.
You will need to do a full bleed and calibration after installing the updgraded valve block.
Please note that this is a strictly exchange base purchase. We must be in reciept of your unit before a replacement is sent out. Please ensure all units are well packed as the solinoids are prone to damage in transit.
